Glorious Grief Management Meditations from Belleruth Naparstek

Wow, so many experienced healers are pitching in to help the many thousands of grieving people wandering the world right now. When we asked author and guided imagery pioneer Belleruth Naparstek if she would grant us a free link to her extraordinary “Ease Grief” meditations, she was quick to say “yes.”

Just click here.

Belleruth was actually kind enough to share two prized resources: A Goodbye Meditation that re-imagines the leave-taking of a dying loved one, allowing those left behind to participate in saying goodbye (which is from her “Hospice and Palliative Care” CD and available for purchase on her Health Journey site).  Henry Fersko Weiss, founder of the International End of Life Doula Association, skillfully uses this meditation in his trainings, which is where we first got introduced (Thank you, Henry!) Additionally, we’re giving you the guided meditations from Belleruth’s “Ease Grief” album in hopes you’ll find them useful. Experiment, share, check out Belleruth’s other guided imagery CDs and MP3s which range in subject from Lyme disease, trauma, to osteoporosis. Not to be neglected is Belleruth’s brand new recording for resisting and preventing viral infections!

Please accept these offerings from Belleruth, Fitting Tribute Funeral Services, and TheInspiredFuneral.com. You may wish to listen more than once, as your grief will come in stages, and you may find it difficult to say goodbye all at once. Share with someone who, like you, may be struggling to see that the dead are gone but still in connection. We often tell people, “The relationship will continue,” which is perplexing to some until they experience it. No matter your belief in the soul’s existence, your relationships with your dead can and often do evolve, improve and continue.
